So what’s the real story? Does he own a
terraced condo on Park Avenue or does
he rent some scuzzy apartment with four
other guys?

First - Find out his address. At least one of the following 7 databases will have his address unless he’s currently living on one of the outer planets.

These databases contain several hundred million records between them. If you have been unable to find this guy’s name in any of the seven, you cannot proceed any further with the property ownership question. We suggest that you begin seriously considering that he has given you a phony name.

Third: Finally, does he own his own home or does he rent

These records will tell you whether he owns the property or not. The records are kept by the tax assessors of every county in every state. Click here for a list of all tax assessors, then select the state, the county, and then fill in the guy’s address.

Fourth: If he does own the property, click here to get the value of his home or condo.
