First – Find out his address. At least one of the following 7 databases will have his address unless he’s currently living on one of the outer planets.

These databases contain several hundred million records between them. If you have been unable to find this guy’s name in any of the seven, you cannot proceed any further with the property ownership question. We suggest that you begin seriously considering that he has given you a phony name.
